Welcome to Siren Collaborative. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Siren Collaborative website (the “Site”), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About Siren Collaborative

Siren Collaborative, LLC (“Siren Collaborative,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) designs and manufactures acoustic panel systems, including our Sound Beautiful product line, featuring a swappable-graphic system that allows acoustic treatment to double as a design element.

2. Eligibility & Trade Accounts

Certain content and features on this Site — including pricing, technical specifications, and downloadable resources — are restricted to approved Trade Accounts. Trade Accounts are intended for members of the architecture and design (“A&D”) industry and related trade professionals.

To request a Trade Account, you must submit an application and provide proof of professional status (such as a business card, professional license, or comparable documentation). Siren Collaborative reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke Trade Account access at its sole discretion, and to request additional verification at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Trade Account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree that you will not:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, including gated Trade Account content, other users’ accounts, or our systems
  • Copy, scrape, reproduce, or redistribute Site content — including pricing, specifications, images, or downloadable files — without our prior written consent
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its underlying infrastructure
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, including in a Trade Account application

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Site, including any Trade Account, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Siren Collaborative, other users, or third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, product designs, photographs, the swappable-graphic system concept, and the Site’s overall look and feel — is the property of Siren Collaborative or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Access to the Site, including any Trade Account, does not grant you any ownership rights in this content. You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Site content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

5. Product Information, Pricing & Availability

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, and pricing accurate and current. However:

  • Product specifications, finishes, dimensions, and availability are subject to change without notice
  • Pricing displayed to Trade Account holders is subject to change and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing or through a completed order
  • Colors and finishes shown on the Site may vary slightly from actual products due to display settings and manufacturing variation

6. Online Orders & Payment

Siren Collaborative does not currently process online transactions through this Site. This section will be updated to reflect our order, payment, and checkout terms at the time eCommerce functionality is activated.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Siren Collaborative. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and policies.

10. Analytics & Tracking

We use Google Analytics, a standard web analytics service, to help us understand how visitors use the Site. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, time spent on the Site, and general location and device information, typically through cookies or similar technologies. This information is used in aggregate to improve the Site and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

Nothing in this section is intended to limit any product warranty separately provided with a purchased product, once eCommerce functionality is active.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SIREN COLLABORATIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Siren Collaborative, its officers, members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Site, including any Trade Account, at any time and without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Siren Collaborative or others.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
